I had my eye on this skirt for years!!! and I finally ordered it, I recommend. colour is very pretty, I hand washed it and almost no wrinkles are present on the skirt, pleats are fine.
the elastic on the top is not perfect but it's not bad either. I would actually buy in other colours as well.
